Bandits defeated - Bareli the half orc & 4 bandits slain, bandit leader Kirla & bandit sentry Gall captured. Rest in bandit tower until morning.
Simon N. (GM):GM: The grey lines I added to the battlemap show the battlements, and the extent of the keep's donjon/central tower. The southern extension of the keep is single storey with walls 12' above the interior elevation & a peaked roof reaching to 20'.
The central tower is 35' to the battlements, same as the SE tower.
Erasmus can guard the rear for a bit. :)

Dawn: "We should all share that..."
"There's your share, Dawn!"
The body does seem to be getting smaller...
We can try dragging one of these dead bodies and put it on the door that is over the symbol, and see if anything bad happens?
" you may go firt if you wish"
A soot stained fireplace dominates the north wall.
Percy listens - all seems quiet.
Sergor checks under the tables, finding nothing of value. Outside Dawn completes her ritual.
"I can read it, Syrus! It's Goblin!" she says excitedly.
Syrus you can roll INT History
"...It's said they and the Orcs worked together to take Skulnar. But they were thought to be extinct - but this sigil seems fresh blood, only a few days dry..."
Dawn reaches out to touch the sigil... and steps on the shattered door.
The flames envelop her, she staggers back.
Syrus roll a DC 13 DEX save
The door is soaked in alchemist's fire and still burning merrily.
@Team did you guys find anything in the room?
Lothrin: "You're alive, milady. I'm going to check these western doors."
OOC she's on 3/8
Percy gets the door open.

Erasmus all seems quiet, the firelights from the bandit tower opposite are dim now.
The fire finally subsides.
mould gets on his hands and clothes, making interesting stains.
GM: Sergor you can try sneaking round to the bandit tower - the door?
As Sergor heads across the green, a bandit sentry above happens to scan the area...
Sergor roll Stealth
PB is +2
Looking through the cracks you can see the burly half orc woman by the fire. She looks fast asleep, hand on her big axe.
The roasting spit over the fire is empty.
If careful you could unlatch door from outside and get in without waking her... probably.
I sneak in, doing my best to move silently.
A spiral stair opposite leads upwards. The half orc snores gently.

Syrus you take 3 dmg as the bolt just wings you. The bandit snarls and drops the x bow, drawing his shortsword.
Erasmus you can attack.
Syrus you can attack him
When you want to grab a creature or wrestle with it, you can use the Attack action to make a special melee attack, a grapple. If you're able to make multiple attacks with the Attack action, this attack replaces one of them.
The target of your grapple must be no more than one size larger than you and must be within your reach. Using at least one free hand, you try to seize the target by making a grapple check instead of an attack roll: a Strength (Athletics) check contested by the target's Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check (the target chooses the ability to use). You succeed automatically if the target is incapacitated. If you succeed, you subject the target to the grappled condition. The condition specifies the things that end it, and you can release the target whenever you like (no action required).
Escaping a Grapple. A grappled creature can use its action to escape. To do so, it must succeed on a Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check contested by your Strength (Athletics) check.
Moving a Grappled Creature. When you move, you can drag or carry the grappled creature with you, but your speed is halved, unless the creature is two or more sizes smaller than you.
Shoving a Creature
Using the Attack action, you can make a special melee attack to shove a creature, either to knock it prone or push it away from you. If you're able to make multiple attacks with the Attack action, this attack replaces one of them.
@Percy the bandit is up a spiral staircase & Syrus is in the way

GM: Erasmus pokes the bandit in the chest, knocking the wind out of her. "ooof!"
Female bandit: "I yield!"
Your goes - Sergor roll a d20 for death save
"Gall! Yield! We are overcome!"
The bandit snarls as he parries Syrus, but looks uncertain.
The bandit on the stairs decides to push Syrus aside and leg it...
Syrus roll Athletics or Acrobatics if you want to resist
GM: OK you are out of combat. Well done. :)
BTW there is a treasure chest in the NW corner. :)
The bandit kneels on the stairs.
Syrus your bandit has 1gp & 2 sp.
@Percy: Thanks my friend!
& Kirla by Erasmus :)
Gall cringes at Syrus.
Kirla: "Brogdan and three men are off on the King's Road.. that's it."
She seems truthful.
To Erasmus: "Up to them - a few days, most likely. Or when they get a score."
Kirla to Syrus: "Not seen any magic from them - oh, they used some weird fire on our door, tried to burn it down."
"We dropped rocks on 'em." she grins.
while glaring at Kirla
Kirla explains that the goblins don't come out every night
Kirla glares at Sergor, fingering her bloody throat.
Percy gets it open, revealing Firaen's treasure hoard...
While wearing this armor, you can use a Bonus Action to speak the armor's Command Word and cause the armor to assume the appearance of a normal set of clothing or some other kind of armor. You decide what it looks like, including color, style, and accessories, but the armor retains its normal bulk and weight. The illusory appearance last until you use this property again or remove the armor.
The regular bandits have leather or padded linen.
Tenho: "Except the one where Percy heard a noise."
They listen as Erasmus explains the news.
5 hp better :)
Dawn: "Yes lots better - but my stocking has a run in it, sigh"
Dawn: "Oh! Thank you Syrus! It's lovely."
High level Thieves can use them though
GM: Are you setting watches and resting overnight?
GM the ear ring is worth 35gp
Dawn delightedly makes the trade - and Syrus makes about 10gp on the swap :)
GM: Tenjo demurs with a smile.
Wondrous item, minor tier, common
This tiny vial contains magic perfume, enough for one use. You can use an action to apply the perfume to yourself, and its effect lasts 1 hour. For the duration, you have advantage on all Charisma checks directed at humanoids of challenge rating 1 or lower. Those subjected to the perfume's effect are not aware that they've been influenced by magic.
